Oven cleaning

Does anyone have a wonderful suggestion for cleaning an oven? Also the drip pans? I've used Baking soda before and though it worked, it was a lot of effort unless I wasn't doing it the easy way. I've been known to do that. I like the idea of using natural cleaners, but am finding that not many of them cut the grease. Any suggestions are welcomed.
