Sorry it is a little dark at first. Even my personal, super handsome, computer tech couldn't get it figured out, but you get the general idea.
Justin has been in Tang Su Do for about six months now and has earned his yellow belt as of last month.
This video is of him breaking his first board. Shane's cousin Elisabeth teaches Justin and the Uncles and they have a blast. She does a fabulous job. I'm already seeing how this is going to help him in life. Respect, strength and hard work. He is the strongest seven year old I know :) He thinks its great when I go on about his muscles, but they really are something :) He's so cute!!
